Jonathan Phang grew up in a hectic Chinese/Caribbean household in London, and here he goes back to his childhood to share recipes from family and friends from all six races of the Caribbean including East Indian, Chinese, Mixed European, African, North American and indigenous Amerindian. The recipes are easy-to-follow and combine comfort with soul food, alongside family photographs and stunning shots of the Caribbean.
