Toby and his best friend Zach are Lucky Twenty. Zach is convinced Toby will never be a believable vocalist because he's never kissed a girl. But Toby's life takes a turn for the odd when he opens an old bass guitar. Could a mysterious girl in a blue sweater be the key to helping Toby find his mojo and track down the bass' real owner?
