Pat Williams directs this horror sequel starring Jesse Metcalfe and Dennis Haysbert. Returning to the zombie-infested East Mission, investigative reporter Chase Carter (Metcalfe) uncovers a government conspiracy which could threaten the lives of millions of people. After learning that General Lyons (Haysbert) plans to unleash a new strain of Zombrex, the drug developed by the military to track and ultimately kill the infected, Carter faces a race against time as he battles his way through the quarantined zone in a desperate bid to stop the release of the virus.
