The recipes in the book are gluten-free – just like the kitchen of the author, cakeartist Mona Tähtinen (@say_it_with_a_cake) . “I hope to contribute something fresh and new to the realm of cake artistry. A desire to challenge misconceptions became the driving force for the story of my company. I had to come up with my own recipes that work!”
